Q. If I don’t connect with my reader can I try another one?
A. Yes. Occasionally you may find that you don’t connect with a particular reader. It’s important you gain the most benefit from a reading as possible and you should feel at ease with the person you talk to. Provided you hang up within the first 5 minutes of a reading you can call reception on 01458-831262. Your receptionist will credit your account with the 5 minutes and you can then try another reader. To obtain this credit you will have to speak to reception even if you have booked online. Reception is normally open between 9 am and 1 am 7 days a week. It does sometimes close earlier at weekends and bank holidays.
Q. Are my personal details safe?
A. Whenever you are asked for credit or debit card details it will be dealt with via our bankers secure server. No one from www.TonyHyland.com will have access to your card details.
When you order some products personal details are required. These details are used only for completion of your orders and to keep you informed of news and special offers from www.TonyHyland.com. Your details are never passed on to third parties. Q. Are Psychic readings, Astrology reports, Numerology reports and horoscopes guaranteed accurate?
A. Unfortunately, whilst every effort is made to be as accurate as possible accuracy cannot be guaranteed and we are not able to accept liability for any loss incurred by following the advice given. Every reader is carefully tested during their selection process and continuous monitoring is carried out to check that all readings are of an acceptable standard. However all readings and reports are primarily part of an entertainment service.
Q. I had a great reading, how do I make sure I get the same reader next time?
A. You need to make a note of your readers pin number at the time of the reading. If you forgot, if your reader is still logged on then take a look at our ‘Whose Available’ page the pin numbers are listed there, but only for readers that are either on calls or available now. The pin number is the same whether you pay by credit or debit card or have a reading on a Premium Rate Number.
Q. I didn’t get through to the reader I expected to speak to, why not?
A. If your reader takes another call between you booking the reading and calling the reader then the automated system will put you through to the next available reader. This also happens if your reader is logged off.
