It is very likely that this news will result also in the need for travel. There is likely to be a small time delay, between the news arriving and you starting the new position, or receiving the pay rise. Use this time wisely to plan what you intend to do with the extra income, if you are not very careful, it will soon be lost in your masses of day to day bills.

You are not likely to be the easiest person to get on with today. Your temper will be on a trigger edge and likely to blow at the slightest provocation. Luckily, your temper will calm by the afternoon, and you will find it relatively easy to repair the emotional damage done to your life. The financial consequences are likely to take a lot longer and you could find that you will need to make some adjustments to your way of life, to cover extra expenses incurred today.
