Privacy and Service Guarantee

1. Privacy Statement We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your statutory rights are not affected by the contents of this privacy policy and guarantee of our service.   We only collect information about you when an order is placed.  

We will not email you in the future, unless you have given us your consent, or regarding a current order.   Information is only collected to ensure accurate fulfilment of your order and for marketing purposes.   The type of information we collect about you depends on the product (s) you order but may include:

• Your name
• Address
• Birth details
• Email address  

Online credit card transactions are dealt with through PayPal’s secure server. We do not receive details of your credit/debit cards.   We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.   No information we hold about you will be passed to a third party.  

The information we hold will be up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.   If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy you should email us  

2. Our Service to You We do not guarantee the accuracy of Psychic Readings or Astrology Reports. Both should be used as a guide, not as a firm road map of your future.  We do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred from actions resulting from our readings or in reading our reports. All services are intended for entertainment purposes only.   All our astrology reports are computer generated using some of the best professional astrology software available. In an effort to keep our reports as accurate and complete as possible, we reserve the right to alter the specifications of reports.  

If you have a complaint, question or comment about our service or products, please email Tony Hyland  or phone (01458) 833657 between 10am and 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday (standard BT phone rates apply). Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Every effort will be made to keep you informed throughout the complaint procedure.  

Credit/Debit card Psychic Readings with my Team. Booked by telephone: If you don’t psychically connect with your reader within the first 5 minutes of your call, call reception and they will top up your pin number to the original duration booked. You can then try another reader.   All readings both by phone, text or email are for entertainment purposes only.

Phone readings to my team are recorded but remain confidential.  

Text Services
The accuracy of text readings can not be guaranteed. They should be used as a guide not as a firm road map of your future.  

How your order will be dealt with.(Printed products) Your order will be confirmed, usually within 24 hours by e mail. The confirmation/receipt will include all the details of your order. You need to check this carefully, since alterations can not be made once your report has been produced. You will have 24 hours to inform us of mistakes.   We aim to dispatch your order as soon after your checking period as possible   Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Post.   Where appropriate, VAT is included in the prices quoted on our web site.   No extra charge will be made for delivery. Where applicable, this is included in the price.   We aim for your order to be delivered within 10 days of you placing it. Subject to local postal services.  

Cancellation of orders is not possible after production of reports.  

How your order will be dealt with.(Email products)
We aim to dispatch your email reports as quickly as possible. Our aim is to dispatch your report(s) within 24 hours of receipt of order, whenever possible.   Unless we have extra questions to ask prior to completion of your order, your emailed report will act as confirmation/receipt of your order.   Cancellation of orders is not possible after production of reports.  

3. What we will not do We will not send unsolicited emails.  

No personal details collected by us will be passed to third parties.  

4. General
We will investigate with our bankers any suspected fraudulent use of credit cards and details will be passed to relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved.  

5. Payment options Psychic Readings and Astrology Reports: Credit / Debit card by secure server.   Astrology Reports: Bank cheque drawn in pounds sterling.   Astrology Reports: Bankers draft in pounds sterling.   Astrology Reports and email Psychic readings by PayPal  

Psychic Readings by Phone: Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. In Australia, Ireland and UK a premium rate pay by phone service is also available for readings with my team.
